Partner With Trees is a course designed for Stanford by biologist Devaki Bhaya, Carnegie Institution for Science.

The class is an invitation for students and visiting guests to pause, marvel at and learn about trees on the Stanford campus.

These walks let students discover, appreciate, and recognize unique tree species on campus and even how to safely climb trees, helping you gain a higher perspective and find your inner child. It’s also an opportunity to explore how trees have inspired poetry, song, fiction, photography, painting and literature.
